pflogoMEZ Sports was founded in 2007 and has been focused on the Mixed Martial Arts (“MMA”) and boxing industry since inception.   In 2008, MEZ Sports started promoting fights, both as MMA only and boxing only shows.  In 2010 MEZ Sports developed in hybrid Pandemonium Fight platform, featuring professional MMA and boxing on the same show. MEZ Sports Pandemonium Fights are now recognized as one of the top regular running professional fight shows in California.

Since 2008, MEZ Sports has promoted 15 professional fight shows throughout Southern California, including in San Diego, Upland, Los Angeles, Hollywood, Pomona and Riverside.  MEZ Sports Pandemonium Fights is the exclusive fight promoter in the City of Riverside and the Riverside Convention Center.   As a result of the professional, high quality shows, MEZ Sports promotes, the City of Riverside has fully supported MEZ Sports by allowing it to be the first and only professional fight show in the city.

MEZ Sports stands apart from other fight promotions in that it does not manage any fighters and as a result, it promotes well-matched fights that fans across Southern California demand. Fighters from across California, Nevada, Oregon, Nevada, and Mexico regularly seek to fight on MEZ Sports Pandemonium Fights shows.   Managers and fighters consider MEZ Sports to be a required show for their resumes.  It is known across the fight community that the major fight organizations look at MEZ Sports Pandemonium Fights participants for their shows. This is best highlighted by Lorenz Larkin and Chris Saunders.  Larkin and Saunders are MMA fighters who were the inaugural MEZ Sports Pandemonium Fights Light Heavyweight (205) and Lightweight (155) champions.  Larkin, based on his electric knockouts, and Saunders, based on his well-rounded fighting skills, are now appearing on major televised MMA broadcasts.  Larkin has been a co-main event for his last two fights on Showtime’s Strikeforce  Series and now is in the UFC  while Saunders recently appeared on a Bellator show and TUF.

Fighters on MEZ Sports Pandemonium Fights have appeared on UFC PPV, UFC Fight Night, The Ultimate Fighter, Bellator, IFL, Strikeforce, Strikeforce Challengers, WEC, Golden Boy Promotions, Top Rank, Don King, Gary Shaw, and Goosen-Tutor broadcasts.   This diverse well-rounded fighter based means that fans are guaranteed to see highlight reel knockouts and fighting in both MMA and boxing.  Additionally, MEZ Sports is the only hybrid show to bring true championship boxing to its fans when it promoted the WBC Youth Heavyweight Championship fight between Lance Whitaker and Andrei Fedosov and the IBO Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship between Lance Whitaker and Franklin Lawrence, now ranked in the top 15 heavyweights in the world by virtual of this fight.

MEZ Sports will continue to bring the best of both fight disciplines to Southern California as it grows and develops future champions.
